WHAT IS MODELING??
Modeling is a business, and as a model, you are your own business! Like any business, it takes time, effort, commitment, and patience to become a successful model. Success does not happen over night.

What is Model and Talent Portfolio?
A portfolio is a resume or catalogue for a model and talent for getting job. The portfolio contains a series of professionally produced photographs. A portfolio should generally contain shots which feature the model and talents in the most positive way for the types of jobs he/she is trying to get. If you do your model portfolio with ESTILO agency, you can get an unlimited exposure :)

There are different types of modeling, including print, commercial and runway modeling, is there a particular type of model that is best suited for each?
Typically in our market, we focus more into adv or commercial print work-have photogenic faces. It depends on the type of field that you are hoping to do. But most major designers/clients will still opt for tall models for their Runaway.

The modeling industry being what it is, there's never any assurance that one person will succeed over another, but once discovered how can models continue to achieve success in the industry?
There are never any guarantees. We as agents know what clients want, and supply our clients with just that. It is also our job to provide management for our models. We can open the door for the Models, but it's up to the individual to walk through it. It's those models that can work with clients and be engaging, polite, and most of all professional, are the models that are going to get booked again by that client.

How the ESTILO AGENCY work?
A modeling agency's number one purpose is to find the model work. We are working as the model's representative or agent and we will help manage your career and find you work. As an agent,we seek and negotiate contracts of employment for the model or talent who is an independent business. For finding the model work, we take a percent of what the model makes (10% to 30%).
